Refund Policy

4-Week Launch Guarantee

Follow the course, launch your product within 4 weeks, and if it goes live and gets zero users — send us your launch link and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Guarantee Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under the 4-Week Launch Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

You complete all 12 course modules within 4 weeks of purchase.

You launch a live product (website, app, or landing page with a working signup/payment) within 4 weeks.

Your launched product receives zero paying users or signups in the first 2 weeks after launch.

You submit your refund request within 30 days of your original purchase date.

You provide a link to your launched product so we can verify it is live.

What Is Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

You did not complete the course or did not launch a product.

You launched a product but did not use it to acquire users (e.g., no marketing efforts made).

Your refund request is submitted more than 30 days after purchase.

You have already received a refund from SaasGuru previously.

Your account was terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.

You purchased via a third-party reseller or promotion not offered directly by SaasGuru.

How to Request a Refund

    Send an email to refunds@saasguru.com from the email address linked to your account.

    Include your launch link

    Share the URL of your live product so we can verify it is accessible and real.

    Wait for review

    Our team will review your submission within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome.

    Refund issued

    Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

General Policy

Outside of the 4-Week Launch Guarantee, all sales are final. Because the Course Content is delivered digitally and is immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, lack of time, or partial completion.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact us at support@saasguru.com and we will resolve it promptly. Technical issues do not extend the 30-day window.

SaasGuru reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change date.
