By accessing or using the SaasGuru website and course platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

SaasGuru provides an online educational course, "Zero to First 1,000 Users", consisting of video modules, written materials, community access, and bonus resources (collectively, the "Course Content"). Access is provided on a lifetime, single-user basis upon purchase.

To access the Course, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You may not share your account credentials or course access with others. Accounts found to be sharing access may be suspended without refund.

The Course is offered at a one-time payment of $49 (launch price, subject to change). All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

All content within the Service — including videos, text, graphics, code, and course materials — is the intellectual property of SaasGuru and is protected by copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Course Content for your own personal and business learning. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Course Content.
• Create derivative works based on the Course Content without prior written consent.
• Record, screen-capture, or share course videos publicly.
• Use our brand, logo, or materials without explicit permission.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other community members.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
• Engage in spamming or unsolicited commercial messages within the community.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SaasGuru makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Course Content.

We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or business outcomes from completing the Course. Individual results depend on effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaasGuru and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimer, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where required by law, in courts of competent jurisdiction.
